“InsIDe Messina” is a new space located on the first floor of the restaurant. It is designed as a versatile open loft, where the chef’s and sommelier’s offices coexist with the creative area and as well as a section dedicated to customers.
In this unique space, all internal work is carried out, allowing our customers to immerse themselves in the culinary experience, appreciate the talent and passion behind each dish, and witness the creative process that brings each bite to life.
InsIDe Messina is the name of this new R&D space equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen technology.
It also features two tables for groups of more than 10 people and a lounge area.
This new space represents a step forward in our mission to offer a unique and unforgettable culinary experience for all who visit us.
